It is a scholarship program granted to citizens of Non-Aligned Countries, funded by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, and offers free tutorials at participating Serbian universities.
Apart from a full scholarship in Serbia, the program also provides free Serbian language courses, $150 scholarship per month, free food and accommodation, health insurance, free study visa, and diploma recognition services.
Furthermore, the scholarship will not cover travel costs, local transportation, and other textbooks/study materials. Regardless of being citizens of one of the Non-Aligned Movement countries, scholars must be nominated by the project office in their home country.
Likewise, the student must meet the age requirements for Bachelor’s 21, 25 for Master and 35 for PhD. Eligibility requirements also include appropriate education (i.e., ECTS points) and proficiency in English or Serbian language).

The University of Novi Sad is one of the educational institutions in Serbia, which was founded in 1961. The beginning was 14 faculties across the campuses in Novi Sad, Subotica, Zringamen and Sombor.
In 1992, the university established a fund aimed at facilitating the development of its students, researchers and artists. When it was first launched, it defrayed the tuition costs of 19 eligible students.
Thanks to generous donations from several companies, scholarship funding continued to increase as the university was able to offer the Serbia Scholarship to 992 students.
To be eligible for this scholarship, an applicant must have a GPA of 9.00.
Scholarship Amount: Depending on the course and nationality (funding for 12-24 months).
Eligible Degree: Master's Degree at Erasmus Universities in Serbia.
EMJMDS is an international study program offered by a variety of educational institutions. This scholarship is open to all MA students who wish to study in Serbia and other participating countries.
Apart from the scholarship, EMJMDS will also provide insurance coverage, monthly allowances, travel costs and accommodation costs. To apply, the student must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree.
Similarly, graduating baccalaureate students can submit their applications as well, what is special about EMJMDS is that you get a master's degree in two countries. You can do this as a Serbian university student or as an affiliate of a foreign Erasmus institution.
However, the only warning is that you need to participate in full-time courses. Depending on your program, you may get one certificate issued by the two universities or two certificates from each.

Eligible degree: PhD degree at selected Serbian universities, such as the University of Belgrade.
The Doctoral Network of the European Commission Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions was created to implement and facilitate doctoral programs across Europe. So far, the association's funding of €402.95 / $478 million is ready for distribution.
Although students should not have a degree by the time of application, they should have already been accepted into a Ph.D. For students of Ph.D. in the field of Industry, the first requirement is that they devote 50% of their time to areas of outside the academy.
Apart from funding tuition fees, the program also provides a living allowance and a mobility allowance, depending on the status of the researcher. The network will also provide special allowances and family leave. In addition to these allowances, the committee will also fund research, outreach and training activities for students.
Grant amount: 15,000 RSD or 151 USD per month.
Eligible Degree: You must be in the fourth year of studies at University of Belgrade - Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Novi Sad - Faculty of Technical Sciences or Faculty of Electronic Engineering of Niš University.
