5. Fresh students with Outstanding Scholarships are given one academic year (two semesters) before they can be considered for scholarships if their GPA is less than 3.00.
6. GPA is the primary criterion for the Distinguished scholarships, whether conditional and unconditional scholarships.
7. If the student gains direct and full admission to a prestigious university with a grade point average of (3) or above, the student will be transferred to the Distinguished Scholarship Programme.
8. If the student fails to maintain a GPA of (3.00), the Distinguished Scholarship will convert to a Divisional Scholarship.
9. When a student is excluded from the Distinguished Scholarship Program and transferred to a Ministry of Education scholarship, he/she will be readmitted to the Distinguished Scholarship Program for at least one academic year as long as he/she meets the Distinguished Requirements.
10. Outstanding students with poor academic performance, low GPA, or transfers to non-excellent universities will have their privileges revoked and transferred to general scholarships.
11. In case the student does not obtain admission in his field of specialisation within the period specified by the university, the student’s scholarship will also be terminated.
