Phases 1 and 2 are designed to meet the demand for more seats and academic majors at the university.

The second phase of the scholarship started in 2011 and the third phase was the 2015 program experience (Your Job is Your Mission), and the Ministry of Education worked hard to link the program with scholarships for occupations in demand in the labor market and also jobs for scholarships.
